- 2:13 AM - Some cool software.
I was looking for a decent free all-you-can-eat zip program when I stumbled upon the great ALTools website.
I've been using the Zip and FTP programs and they both look great and do everything you need, for free. They're also fast and light!
So if you're looking for a zip program (much like WinZip except it handles more files), a Picture Viewer or an FTP client/server, check them out.

- 11:33 PM - What. The. Hell. Take two.
X-TREME PLATFORM JUMPING SCHOOL
I don't know what the hell this is, but it definitely tops Origen in its oddity. I saw a commercial on Adult Swim for this... but what the hell is it? Look around for a bit and you'll find a few other sites that are linked through "ad banners".
After some digging I found what exactly "it" is. I'm definitely interested.

Origen
I may think the XBox 360 has the stupidest name in all video gaming history, but this advertising is freakin' cool.

- 7:32 PM - Media type woes
Not that anyone here cares, but I finally figured out what's up with the way this site looks on handheld browsers. Apparently some (i.e. Nokia's) apply media types "all", "handheld", and "screen". They should be ignoring the screen type, since that's only meant for... well... full-size computer screens.
If anyone is interested in seeing what media types a particular browser supports, check this out.
In a few quick tests:
Mozilla: all, screen
Internet Explorer: all, screen
Opera actually supports three combinations:
-Normal: all, screen
-Fullscreen: all, projection
-Smallscreen: all, handheld
Nokia: all, screen, handheld
MSNTV Viewer doesn't handle the mediatypes at all, and shows it as handling all types. It does support some sort of CSS though.
- 2:11 AM - For any MMORPGers...
I now play WoW.
Realm: Garona
Nick: Ziggyhamster
I'm an Undead Mage, and as of this writing, I'm a level 10 and I'm in Brill. Feel free to add me to your friends list.
WANTED: Light Leather, market for made goods
HAVE: Cloth, Clothing, Linens, etc. (I'm a tailor) ... my friend owns the market (at the auctionhouse) for linen cloth, so I'm not going to sell you any unless you give me an exuberant amount of money (more than he's asking.. 25s [its value is 20s])

- 7:06 PM - Adult Swim's Friday Night Fix
If any of you out there are fans of Adult Swim, and miss having it on Friday night, this is your best bet. Tonight at 11pm EST (GMT -5) is the second week of the Friday Night Fix. You can hit their website and watch episodes of your favorite [as] shows online. Tonight's fix is as follows:
Stroker & Hoop, Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Robot Chicken, The Venture Bros., Sealab 2021, Space Ghost Coast to Coast
I'm personally going to hit some ATHF, Venture Brothers, and probably Robot Chicken.

- 10:49 PM - Opera has gone free, without ads!
OMG, actual news posted on the Realm?
Well anyways, not long after Opera's birthday celebration where they were giving out free licenses, they went and decided to go all out free. It's an excellent browser, very comparable to Gecko browsers. If you're still one of those people who are stuck on IE and think Firefox sucks, give Opera a try.
- 2:46 AM - Need a new show to watch?
Pick up a copy of Lost season 1. It just came out on DVD, and you can also find torrents of it if you prefer.
I just spent the past four hours watching the first four episodes, and if I didn't need to be up for work tomorrow I would still be watching it. It's THAT good.

This challenge has been completed...
<font color="gray">
Well done to pSquared for finishing that one really fast.
Okay, next one: something on the front page will disappear when you click on it. What is it?

<font color="red">Again, please, don't look at the source, that would be cheating.</font>

Okay, challenge 3: drag the bus to it's secret place.
(I will fix this later)
- 2:07 PM - Challenge 1: The hiding skull
This challenge has been completed...
<font color="gray">This is the first in a series of mini-challenges I am creating, simply follow the instructions:
All you have to do is drag this skull to the 'secret place'... This one's easy (hint: look down...) but I will make them harder.
When you complete this task, you will find a secret word. Post it (as a comment) on this thread and you win!

- 1:26 AM - Hey look!
BBCode! :P
*eXonyte does an action for the sake of it*
We've got [b], [i], [u], [color], [code], [me], three forms of [quote], two forms of [url], two forms of [email], and two forms of [img].
For more details, see the post in the Important Announcements forum.
Yes, I am aware that it shows the BBCode in the Recent Activity panel on the right. Yes, I will fix that soon. Also, there's a bug if you use the [code] tag more than once in a post. I'll fix that as soon as I can work out a better way to handle it.

That thing is tiny. Itty bitty. Could it get smaller? Yes. Would you want it to? Probably not.
